We will have a lot of trouble in our life，but we have to face it．When you are feeling unhappy ,there are five ways to make you feel good about yourself．

3）Try to smile．to people you meet．
4）Develop an interest． Interest will and make you happy．
5） Talk with your ．They will try their best to help you get out of trouble.
One night I saw something on the news that made me sad.It was1a group of homeless people sleeping outside in the cold.
So I decided to start a2to raise money for the homeless.I called it the Rock Club.At the beginning，there were only five members in it，but that quickly grew to about twenty.I3had to ask anyone if they wanted to be a member.In fact，they came up to me and asked me if they could4the club!
We spent all of our free time on rock painting.We painted animals, flowers and even the names of sports teams on our rocks.We'd go around the school to5people who would buy them.By Christmas, we had raised thirty—three dollars and
then we gave the money to a homeless shelter(收容所) in town. We all felt6mat we could do something to help the homeless.
A few days later, a newspaper reporter came to our school to7with us about our club and took a photo of us.The photo and article8in the newspaper the next day.Later,9school，joined by three other schools，started a program(方案)for
kids to help homeless shelters.
Something as10 as some painted rocks and a few caring kids made me realize that I don't need much to make a difference.

When people ask Kazumi．“What do you do?”,she answers．“I'm a dentist．”Then she watches for the look on their faces．She can see that they are thinking．“I don't like dentists．”She understands how they feel．They are afraid of the drills and pain(钻头和疼痛)．
Kazumi does not want her patients (病人) to feel scared．She takes time to talk to them and make them less afraid．She tells them．“I'm going to be as gentle (温柔的)as I can．I don't like pain myself !”

There was a park near my home，but I didn't go there often．Many people said there was nothing special there．One afternoon I went into the park．I walked quickly because there wasn't much to see．“Which way should I go? ”I asked myself I looked at one path(小路)，then the other．I found that the two paths were different from each other．
The left one was wide(宽阔的)and clean． Though the flowers weren't very beautiful-they made me feel good．I decided to take this path．But wait ! I looked at the right one．The path didn't look nice．It looked like it had not been cleaned for months．For a long time I couldn't decide which path to choose．
It wasn't nice，but I didn't want to give up．At last, I came to the end of the path．Ah! There was a small garden there．It'was beautiful．There were trees, flowers and chairs there．I thought it was the nicest part of the park．
Many people told me that there was nothing much to see in the park．Now I' d like to tell them that if they had followed the right way, they would have felt differently．I knew they didn't believe me．They couldn't even remember that path because it was so small．
My trip to the park made me understand something about life．You may get a big surprise!
