Let's clean up the ocean together!
We all know it's important to have dreams.to make the dreams(come) true is not an easy thing. A young Dutch man named Boyan enjoys(work) hard to make his dreams come true.
When Boyan was 17, he went diving(潜水) in Greece. He was shocked to see(many) plastic bags than fish in the sea. The boy made up his mind(clean) up the ocean. But everyone told him that there was nothing he could do once plastic bags went into the ocean. The teenager didn't give. He spent several months studying plastic(pollute). Finally, he came up with a science project using(float) barriers(栅栏) to collect the waste. That is to say, instead of using nets and ships to collect the plastic bags, the barriers can make the plastic bags come together with the help of natural ocean currents(洋流) and wind. What's more, the collected plastic bags can(recycle) and made into products or oil.
Then he set up The Ocean Cleanup. The young man is working hard to clean up the ocean to make our worldbetter place.

Kate: You're late today! I have waited here for twenty minutes.
Paul: I'm really sorry.
Kate: Why didn't you drive your car? I's faster than taking a bus.
Paul:
Kate: Really? But why?
Paul: Because I think it's our duty to care for our environment.
Kate: You have changed a lot.
Paul: I joined a volunteer club 一 Green Helper. The environmental problem is becoming more and more serious. It is time to take action to protect the environment, such as taking a short shower, recycling books and paper,
Kate: Well. They are easy and useful. But it's not convenient to go to work without driving a car.
Paul:
Kate: Good idea. You're living a low carbon (低碳) life and it's also a good way to exercise.

As we all know, the environment around us is getting worse and worse. In some places we can't see fish 1 in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink.
Recently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is 2 every corner of our country. The meaning of low carbon is 3 energy and no waste. It is such an important project that I can't wait 4 my ideas on how to promote it.
First, we should 5 a no-car day every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. 6 the no-car day, neither students 7 teachers are allowed to drive to school. At the same time, just walk or run. Use our 8 and enjoy the fun.
Second, we had better not use plastic bags 9. No one can stand the “white pollution”, 10 it is wise to use cloth bags which can 11 again and again.
12, one thing 13 we should keep in mind is that every big thing comes from the small details. So, as students, we ought to turn 14 the lights the moment we leave, use 15 sides of the paper, and reuse our textbooks and so on.
All in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these: no-car days, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let's do it now.
