Do you like telling stories about your life to others? Jessii Vee does. She tells her stories on the Internet, and lots of people like watching her videos (视频).
Jessii is from Ontario, Canada. She turns life into her work. "Every Sunday I think about what to film for my videos," says Jessii. "Then, on Monday, I wake up early to start making the videos. Usually, a video takes just over an hour to make. I try to make five, so it takes most of my day. Then, from Tuesday to Friday, I edit (编辑) them."
Sometimes when Jessii goes out, her fans recognize her. "The other day I went to a coffee shop," she says,"and one girl working there saw me. She was so excited. She left the shop to meet me outside to take pictures. It always makes me happy to see my fans are happy."
▲ Some people said that she has a big face and a really thin mouth. In the past, Jessii felt bad when people said those negative (负面的) things about her. But now she thinks differently. "People were talking about things that I can't change. So I decided to love those things and I don't feel bad about myself now," she said.
There is an old tree on a dry land. The tree has so many branches. It brings shadow (树荫) to hundreds of travelers.
One day, two travelers got to the tree. They walked for a long time in the hot sun. They were too hot and tried to find a place to rest. Luckily, they found the big tree.
They made a decision to take a rest under the tree. They slept there for a while. When they woke up, they felt hungry and one traveler climbed up the tree. But he was sad to see nothing.
He started to say bad words to the tree. "Oh, this is just a useless tree without any fruit on it!" The other traveler said nothing about the tree but asked his friend to be quiet. However, the traveler in the tree still shouted at the tree.
The tree couldn't stand the traveler at last. He said in a sad yet strong voice," You can't be so ungrateful(忘恩负义的) to me, Just look back to the moment when you got here in the hot sun! I gave you a cool and comfortable place to rest. You would die now without me!"
Many people do much for us, but we sometimes forget to give thanks but only complain! Make sure not to say any bad words to the one who has helped you.

Saidie and Bessie are sisters. They are Americans. They live in the mountain village. Saidie is 104 years old and Bessie is 102 years old now. They tell their stories in a book called Having Our Day.
Here is some of their advice for living a long and healthy life.
★Get up early.
They get up at 6:00 in the morning.
★Have a good breakfast.
The sisters eat oatmeal(燕麦片),half a banana, bran(麸皮)and eggs with a little cheese.
★Take exercise every day.
The sisters like to do yoga(瑜伽). They also walk every afternoon.
★Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.
The sisters like eating apples. Just like the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
★Don't get married(结婚)
The sisters have no husbands or children to worry about.
★Don't always listen to the doctors
When something is wrong with us, the doctors don't know what to do with us. They are always surprised to see us live so longer.
When you eat well and do some exercise, you will be healthy. If you're healthy, you can work well, feel well and can do many things. Well, do you know how to keep healthy?
Have different foods and right drinks
Although you may have your favorite food, you need to try some different foods. Some foods, such as fruit and vegetables, can make you have a good body and a smart mind. So you need to eat some fruit and vegetables every day. When you want something to drink, water is the best. And milk can help you build up good bones (骨骼). It is good for children to drink two or three cups of milk day.
Exercise more and have fun
Enough exercise is good for your body and mind. Maybe you dislike playing basketball, but you may be interested in riding a bicycle. So try to find out your favorite sports and then exercise and have fun every day.
Almost all people think exercising is good for us. But how often should (应该) we exercise? Five days week? Four days week? Is two days week 1? Luckily, the answer 2 the question is not difficult to find.
We asked Shawn Arent, a scientist (科学家), about this question. He said that people should 3 every day. It really does great help to our 4 and health.
Shawn also told us 5 more interesting "There is a big 6 between exercising two days a week and three days a week," Shawn said. "With three days a week, your body gets enough exercise and you want to do 7 activities to be healthier (更健康的). 8, with two days week, you don't get much change (改变). You just don't do it often enough, so you can't fully (完全地) 9 the fun of exercising.
"For children and old people, it's a good start to exercise two days a 10 at first. But I still want them to exercise more after some time. Three to four days a week will be wonderful for them," Shawn said.
I live in a quiet town. There are three big stores in our town. Miller's has the (nice) clothes and friendly service. But the clothes there are also the (expensive). And it is not to my house. I have to an hour in getting there on foot. So I hardly shop there. People can buy clothes the 6. (cheap) in Blue Moon, but the clothes are also the (bad). And the service is bad. So I don't buy clothes there, either. Dream Clothes is the biggest and newest. I can find all of clothes there. Also they have the (friendly) service. The most important thing is that the clothes there are in style. It is the best clothes store. There are lots of people every day. So it is always . My mother and I often buy clothes there.
