There are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. People like spring because it is colourful. The weather in spring is neither too hot nor too cold. People can fly kites in spring. In summer, people can swim in the swimming pool. The weather is very hot in summer. It's cool in autumn. The most wonderful thing is that we can eat all kinds of fruits. In winter, it is very cold. It is snowy sometimes. People can play with snow. Every season is very beautiful.
Tom's home is on Green Street in the city. It's a busy street. There are many shops near his home. There's a post office and a flower shop beside his home. The flower shop is very big. His mother likes going there. She's buying some flowers in the shop now. Near the flower shop, there is a library. It's Tom's favourite place. He always goes there to read books on Saturday afternoon. There's a park near Tom's home too. It's a good place for Tom's grandparents. They often go there to take a walk and meet other old people.
