It is a comic book(边环画).3 it is not just a normal comic book. It is very thick and heavy. This book tells about the 4 of life. Life's evolution(进化) is very long and difficult. And the life is rich and varied(多变的). This book also teaches us to be kind to 5 living things. Our life is very beautiful and inspiring. It's not easy for all living things to live on Earth. You have to 6 that, every life is noble(高尚的).
A famous quote reads. "Books are the stepping stones to human progress." So I like this book and I enjoy 7 it. It makes me 8a lot of things. This book is also very 9 to me, because it is 10of my uncle's love.

A new study found that people's lives are made shorter in North China. It showed the life expectancy (平均寿命）had been cut down by 5.5 years there. Scientists think that it is because of the heavy air pollution. It is really the truth. Our country has already done something. However, it doesn't seem to work so well.
"Air pollution is bad for people's health. The harm is much more serious than we can imagine, said Chen Yuyu of Beijing University, one scientist of this study.
There was serious smog and haze in Beijing in November 2016. The sky was gray and the air smelt strange. Heavy haze covered the city. Highways were closed and planes couldn't take off on time. People couldn't see things clearly even within 15 meters in some places. Some primary schools were closed for several days.
We should all fight against air pollution and think of good methods to solve the problem. People should be encouraged to take buses, ride bicycles or walk instead of driving cars. The factories that pollute air heavily should be closed.
"It might be expensive to improve our environment, but we must do it. Protecting our environment means protecting ourselves," Li Hongbin, another scientist, said.
On a cold winter afternoon, Susan was walking home from a supermarket. She was feeling a little tired because she was carrying her shopping bags. They were so heavy that she had to have a rest in the park. She walked towards the gate of the park. She noticed a poor man walking out of a restaurant in front of her. The man was holding a paper bag. He walked to a rubbish bin (垃圾箱) and started looking through it.
Susan suddenly felt sad. She knew this man would take all that he could get, so she went up to him and gave him some fruit. The man looked up in surprise and took the fruit.
A big smile appeared on his face and she felt very happy. They he said," Wow! First someone gave me this sandwich, then the orange juice, and now some delicious fruit. This is my daughter's lucky day. Thank you, girl." Then he went away, singing a song.
Just then, Susan understood what the saying" Giving is getting." really meant. Everyone in the world needs help and everyone can offer help.
Giving sometimes doesn't cost much, but it means a lot to the people who you help.
Once upon a time there were two boys who lived in a place and worked for the King One boy fell in love with a girl and wanted to give her a present. He suddenly saw a vase filled with the loveliest flowers.
He decided to take one flower and give it to the girl He did the same thing the next day, and the next, and the next…until, one day, the King noticed a few flowers were left in the vase. The King was so angry that he gathered everyone in the palace and decided to find out the truth.
When they all stood before the King, the boy thought he should tell the truth. However the other boy told him not to tell the truth because the King would be angry with him. When the king came near, the boy shook with fear. But he still decided to confess.

Then the King went to the vase and took two of those wonderful flowers, one for the girl, and the other for the Queen.

Two weeks ago, an accident happened near our school. A man (lose) control of his car and hurt a seven-year-old girl. The (teach) were very worried, so they sent her to nearest hospital right away.
Her father then went to the hospital and stayed with her. Her mother couldn't go to the hospital she needed to look after her little son. It made her worried, so she asked the voluntary organization some help. As a volunteer, after I learned about her problem, I offered (help) her. I took care of her son for a few days. Although it was difficult for me to do it, I tried (I) best. I always hugged (拥抱) the boy to make him feel better.
(luck), the girl's surgery (手术) was successful. Some days later, she came back home. I was happy that the mom trusted (信任) me to be with her son and that I was able to help her.
