Do you know the Dead Sea? It is in Israel. In fact it is a big lake. The sun is hotter there than in the other places of the country, because it is much lower than the other places. It is 400 metres below the sea level (海平面). The water in the Dead Sea is very salty. Fish cannot live in the water and plants cannot grow near it. People are lighter in the salty water than in other water. They cannot swim well in the Dead Sea, but they can float on the water. In winter, people come to the Dead Sea. They bathe in the warm water.
Do you want to be strong and healthy? Everyone will say, "Yes!" But how to keep strong and healthy?
First, always eat breakfast. Good food makes your bones (骨头) strong. Chicken, fish, fruit, milk and vegetables are all good food. They are good for your body.
Second, do more sport. Sport is good for you. You need to run or walk for about twenty minutes every day. If you do it for a long time, you will be healthy.
Third, go to bed early and get up early. Before ten o'clock you go to bed and make sure you sleep for at least (最少) eight hours a day. And you'd better go to bed at the same time every evening.
