In our daily life, some people think that smoking can help them relax. In fact, smoking is really (healthy). Do you know that there are over 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes? These chemicals are bad for our bodies. They can cause cancer and other (disease). The smoke from cigarettes (harm) not only smokers but also other people. It's (call) "second-hand smoke" and it can be (dangerous) and has higher risks. Smokers shouldn't use smoking to help them relax. They must give up smoking as soon as possible.

Today some people call Amsterdam the “City of Bicycles” because it is a city which is flat and convenient(便利的) for bicycles.
In the 1960s, a group of cycling fans 1 an idea. They believed that it would be better for everybody if only bicycles were allowed in the city centre. Maybe you have many problems in your daily life. However, if you regard a problem as a test, you will get a chance to grow up. Whatever problem you have, just look at it as a test. and then you will always have a chance to succeed because it is a battle(战斗) that you must win to save yourself. It is a time when you are probably on a very hard journey. The only time when you are likely (可能的) to be happy is when everything is working out just right.
Perhaps you have much pressure from your parents or a very strict teacher. Just face it. Rather than worry about your problem, just ask yourself, "Why is it a problem in my life? What can I do to solve it?"
Indeed (确实), life is a test. Just face it at ease. If you use this way to think about your problems, you will be surprised to find that you have changed yourself and have been the owner of your life.
