I want to register attend a course about gardening so I have taken an interest in planting flowers since I was a little child. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm honor to share the topic "health" with you. As a saying go, health is above wealth. You must feel the same way. Without health, we can't achieve that we set out to do. With health, how can we catch up with the rapidly changed world? In brief, health is anything.
To keep health, we should have a balanced diet, form good living habits, take on enough exercise and keep a good state of mind. In conclusion, I personal believe a healthy life is the source of happiness. So let's keep eye on our health and enjoy a healthy life. Thank you.

Today our class paid a visit a farm. Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together by bus. The farm workers give us a warm welcome at the farm entrance, what moved us deeply. Then we were showing around the wonderful agricultural garden.
How happily we were to see the crops and vegetables growing well. At noon we sat and had a picnic lunch in the sunshine, sharing snacks, fruit and drinks. After a ten-minute break, we had a great fun telling jokes and story, as well as singing and dancing. Two of them even played a game of chess.
Time went by quickly. After we knew it, it was already dark because we had to leave.

Nowadays, the great number of people, especially young people, like ordering meals online. It's not surprised. First, as the pace of modern life is becoming faster and faster, people had less time to cook even one meal for themselves. Second, the development of technology bring us smart phones and new apps, what may lead to the increase in online service. However, we should pay more attention to food. As we all know it, our health is closely related to what we eat. Although the service provides us convenience, we must take the food safety to consideration. Health is most important for any of us. In order to stay health, we need to know some common knowledge.

I was a high school student then, from low-income family. So I had to support my family. My first job is to clean the table in a small restaurant. I still remember going there early and feeling anxiously about the new world. I worked hard but I was afraid of losing the job. At night, I was sometimes very tired that I didn't want to do our homework. I came to understand that it was difficulty to earn money, and that knowledge could change into my life. Under the help of my English teacher, I made a great progress.
