Last weekend, I read an article online about a 10-year-old boy in Thailand. He didn't want to go to school, 1his mother made him collect waste in the street to make some money. It2me of one of my most unforgettable experiences.
Last summer, I didn't want to go to school anymore because I was 3to my test scores. I found a temporary (临时的) job during my summer vacation. Since I didn't have any work skills, the manager just asked me to4newspapers.

Snail's race(蜗牛赛跑)
Every year, Spain holds a snail race. Kids choose their snails and train them. After the race, the snails will go back to the wild. This year, 37 snail racers joined the race on Aug. 22nd. The snails needed to climb over a 1-metre-tall statue(雕像). Kids can't touch(摸) the snails. They can only cheer the snails.
No lonely goldfish(金鱼) in Switzerland

I'm happy to be here today to share my experience with you. Three years ago, my doctor told me that I had to lose weight to stay healthy. So, I made up my mind that I would change my lifestyle(生活方式).

An old man told everyone in his village that his young neighbour was a thief(小偷). As a result, the young man was taken to police station. Days later, the man was set free(释放), as the police found that he hadn't stolen(偷窃) anything.

The judge then said, “In the same way, the simple words can ruin (破坏) a man's image(形象) . If you can't speak well of someone, don't say anything at all. ”

You might use your mobile phones to take photos. But what about making films? The Golden Globe-nominated (提名的) director Lalu Wang has tried this. She made a short film on her phone to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Her film Nian(《阿年》) is about a well-known Chinese folk(民间) story. A young girl wants to find a beast(野兽) called Nian. But when she meets him, she finds that Nian isn't bad at all. They build a beautiful friendship together.
Making films on a phone is much cheaper than making on a professional movie camera. This lets young filmmakers(电影制作人) to start making their own movies. Wang said that another good thing about making on phones is that it lets filmmakers to be more mobile and free. After all, phones are easy to carry and use.
“We try to find out where else we can put our phones so we can get movies that are just a little bit more special," Wang said. “We thought, 'Oh, why don't we just put the phone inside of Nian's mouth?'” .
It's much like what photographer (摄影家) Chase Jarvis once said, “The best camera is the one that's with you. ”

They need some other things to think about, so people ask animals help. In some places, workers from zoos often take animals (visit) children in hospital. They may bring a little dog or a cute monkey with them. Children are (excite) to see them. They are happy that they may be healthier.
But some children cannot get close to animals. How can we help those children? The hospitals get another good idea. They work with zoos to make movies. The movies are all about animals and can make them really (enjoy). A man called Denny Sanford (advise) people to make a TV network to show these movies three years ago. He hopes those movies can help children recover(康复) in the (short) time.
Arepas(玉米饼) are the most common food in Venezuela(委内瑞拉). They are easy food. You can make them in only a few minutes.
Arepas are made of corn(玉米) flour (面粉). They are like bread in other countries. You can eat them anytime, everywhere and with whatever you want.
It is easy to make arepas. You only need to pour(倒) the corn flour into a bowl(碗) with some water and salt, mix(混合) them together, and then make the arepa with your hands and cook it.
