We all need to have food every day and food is colorful.

When I was young, after church on Sundays, we would always have a delicious Italian dinner at my grandmother's house. My grandmother's slow-cooked sauce(酱) was the key. We would all eat, talk and laugh until our stomachs were full. After Mum and grandmother passed away, my dad would still make the sauce from time to time and invite me and my brother over to his little house for a dinner full of fine food and happy memories.

We all need to exercise. Doctors say it is good for us. It makes our bodies strong. It also gives us more energy(能量), and we will feel better. It's best to exercise twice a week. Twenty minutes each time is enough.
There are many ways to exercise. We can walk, run, play sports or swim. Many people go to special places to exercise. These places are called "fitness centers." These places have a lot of equipment(器材). Some people buy equipment for their homes, but it is very expensive.
Exercising can be fun. Friends can exercise together at a fitness center, or they can play sports together. How do you exercise?
Everybody wants to be healthy. You know food is very important. There are many healthy foods. You can have more bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes and lettuce(生菜)because fruit and vegetables are good for you. But don't eat too much chocolate. It's not good for you. Healthy foods can make you strong and happy. Remember there is a saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Sports can also keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. Don't be lazy(懒惰的). You will be healthy and happy.
