Last Saturday was David's birthday. He invited his best friend, Simon, to go to the birthday party at the City Park. At first, David offered to drive Simon to the park so that Simon didn't need to take a bus. However, while Simon was getting dressed, David called up and said that he had to go to the airport to pick up his aunt. Therefore, Simon had to go to the party by bus. On the way to the bus station, Simon came across a dog. It was badly hurt and couldn't walk. As a dog lover, Simon decide to take the dog to the hospital at once. While Simon was waiting in the hospital, David and his other friends were having fun in the park. Two hours later, Simon finally shown up at the party. Though Simon missed some fun at the party, he still felt happy.
