When you are invited to a meal in Thailand（泰国），the words of the invitation mean "come and eat rice". In fact, nearly all Thai dishes are 1 with rice, which grows there very easily 2 the climate is warm and there is much rain.

On August 5th, 14-year-old Quan Hongchan won the gold medal in the women's 10-metre platform diving(跳台跳水) at the Tokyo Olympics. Soon, the girl's name appeared in many newspapers, magazines and on TV shows.

To improve her family's life and make her dream come true, Quan worked hard every day. In 2018, Quan joined the Guangdong diving team and she took every competition seriously. In 2020, she joined the national team. In the same year, she got the chance to take part in the Tokyo Olympics.
Canada geese（鹅） are large, blue and white birds. When autumn comes, they fly to the south where the weather is warmer. Winter in Canada is very cold. The birds will die if they stay there.
Last spring, Bill found sixteen young Canada geese on his farm. They couldn't find their parents. Bill had a small plane and he decided to teach the birds how to fly. All through the summer, Bill went on short trips in his plane and the young geese flew after him.
When the cold weather came, Bill flew to Virginia in the United States. The geese followed him all the way. Bill left the geese in Virginia and returned home.
