When I was young, I was interested in Chinese movies that I wanted to know more about Chinese culture like Kungfu and Xiqu. I often 1to go to China one day.
Luckily, when I was learning theater at university, I was provided with a chance to study2. There was a programme study Asian cheater arts either in China or in India. I3to go to China and learn Beijing Opera in a Chinese theater school. The school offered me a place to practice. It was good4I could practice whenever I wanted. Also I had5lessons -the teacher would give me one-to-one class for three hour. That was the best part of my study in China. I do appreciate(感激)this chance to6the beautiful art!
I got a lot from my study in China. It has greatly7me and helped me develop into a more skillful8. This Chinese art gives me plenty of9 so I can use them when I perform (表演) other shows in Europe. I have10 an art center to teach Beijing Opera, Now there are more fans of Beijing Opera in my country.
Indonesia is my mother's homeland and one of my favorite countries. Since I was young, I had learned a lot about the country and become interested in it. For a long time I had wanted to do something for the country and people there, and I thought volunteering（做志愿者） would be a good and fun way to do so.
I received the greatest pleasure from being with the children.
Teaching my first English class in Aceh was exciting, but I was rather nervous. As time went by, I learned how to be a better teacher. Teaching was actually the most enjoyable of my many responsibilities(责任).
Many children were shy at first. But when they relaxed, they would start talking and telling you a lot of funny things. I believed we were helping them build up their confidence.

I have two good friends. They are Mike and Jim. We study in the same school but in different. They are very helpful and friendly. They both give away several hours each week(help) others.
Mike likes animals very much. His favorite animals are pandas. He also likes dogs and cats very much. He wants(be) an animal doctor when he(grow) up. When people get older, it becomes harder to do many things, from walking to the store to doing the housework. Old people living alone can also feel lonely. As a volunteer. You can do a lot to help the old in your neighborhood. You could visit them and help them with their housework.
Many people with disabilities need help. You could volunteer to read books to the blind or deliver(递送) something for people who can't get around too well.
There are lots of volunteer jobs to do in hospitals and health care centers. As a volunteer, you can make beds, deliver flowers and gifts, help serve meals, and do lots of other important jobs.
Some families don't have enough money to buy food and clothes for their kids. Some people don't have place to live at all. To help these people as a volunteer, you can give clothes, food or money t0, or raise money for, a charity(慈善机构).
Sometimes people need more help when the holidays come. Holidays are happy, but for people who are alone or unlucky, they can be a lonely, hard time. As a volunteer, you can deliver holiday dinners to less lucky people, visit the lonely old people and serve food to the homeless.
