Last Saturday was a sunny day. My family took a trip to the countryside. In the morning, we rode a bike for 3 people. Max sat in a basket on the front of the bike. That was fun! We took pictures of the beautiful flowers and bridges. We bought some gifts and ate some delicious food.
In the afternoon, Mum ate some bad apples and didn't feel well. So we stayed in the hotel. Dad and I wanted to make her happy. We dressed up and made a funny play. Robin played the part of a dog. He was so cute. Max licked him. Of course, Robin didn't like it. We laughed and laughed. It was a bad day but also a good day, isn't it?
Today was March 31. It was Sunday, too. My parents and I stayed at home and prepared (准备) for my birthday party. I got up at 7 o'clock. I wore a new orange jacket and a pair of black jeans. After breakfast, my father put some milk and fruit on the table.
At about 11 o'clock, many friends came to my home. They gave me a lot of gifts. We sang and danced. My mother cook delicious food for us. After lunch, we ate the birthday cake and watched TV.
In the afternoon, I went to the park with my friends. Amy went boating and went fishing with me. Ling Yan went cycling. We had a happy day.
