Dear Mum and Dad,
I got to Toronto this morning. Ted and his dad met me at the airport.
When we got to Ted's house, his dog Guinness welcomed me. It is a big, cute dog, and I really like it. I met Ted's mum and his sister Tina, too. His mum is very kind and Tina is friendly.
Ted showed me my room. It is on the second floor, next to Ted's room. In the room, there is a big wardrobe and a desk. I have my own computer and telephone. I like my new room very much.
In the evening, they had a welcome party for me. I met Ted's grandparents, uncle, aunt and his cousin Jenny. She invited me to her birthday party next month.
I'm happy to be here, but I miss you.
Love,
Bill

It's very important to form good living habits. Good living habits help us keep healthy. Teeth are very important parts of our body, so we should know how to protect our teeth. First of all, we should learn to brush our teeth correctly. Here is the right way to brush our teeth.
Don't forget to brush your tongue.
Brush your teeth twice each day. Brush in the morning before breakfast and brush before bedtime. Brush your teeth for at least three minutes.
Use a soft toothbrush. The size of your toothbrush should fit your mouth. And put a pea-sized amount(豌豆大的) of toothpaste on your toothbrush.
Replace(替换) your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months.
Place your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums(牙龈).
Now you can clean your mouth with water.
Move your toothbrush in circles gently. Clean the outsides and the inside s of all the teeth.
Always remember to floss(用牙线剔) your teeth.
