How many names can one city have? Mountain City. Bridge City. Fog City. 8D Magic City. Yes, this is Chongqing, a big and beautiful city in China.
● What to eat
Chongqing is famous for its spicy food. Do you know Chongqing hot pot? It's delicious and makes your mouth feel really hot! But don't worry. There's also cold water and drinks to cool you down. People like to eat Chongqing noodles, too. They are yummy and cheap.
● Where to visit
There are many nice places, such as Liberation Monument （解放碑）, Liziba Station and Great Hall of the People. Hongya Cave is a must-go place in Chongqing. Is it really a cave? No, it's a big wooden building. People love to shop, eat here and take pictures of its amazing night view.

Some buildings and roads here are built on the hills and mountains. It makes the city look very cool. People walk up and down the stairs to go around the city. In Chongqing, there aren't many bikes. You can go by subway, Subways here are very special. They are deep in the mountains. One of the subway stations is 94 meters under the ground. You can take light rails （轻轨）, too. They can go through the buildings. How interesting!

English Day is on the third Friday in December. Everyone should speak English on that day. In the morning, we have an English play show in the hall. Some students dress up and act out the stories. How funny! In the afternoon, there is an English party in the gym. Mr Franklin sings English songs at the party every year. Who is he? Haha! He is our head teacher. 
After the final exam （期末考试）, it's our Camping Day. It's a big day for us. It's usually on June 26th.It starts at 2:00 p.m. First, we put up the tents on the playground. Then we have a food party. After that we play games. In the evening, we have a reading time in the tents. We read stories and share with each other. That's so much fun. 
Are you a film lover? Let's see films together. The first Wednesday in March is our Film Day. We have no homework on that day. We can wear our favourite clothes and bring some food to school. In the evening, we see a film on the playground and enjoy nice food with our friends. But we should keep the playground clean. Then we go home at 8:30 p.m. We also welcome our parents to join us!
