A lion is sleeping on the grass in the forest. A little mouse passes by. It's afraid of the lion very much. It wants to leave as soon as it can. It accidentally（意外地）touches the lion's nose. The lion wakes up（醒来）. It's very angry. It wants to eat the mouse.
" Please let me go. One day I can help you." begs the poor mouse.
The lion doesn't think that a mouse can help him. But it is generous（宽宏大量的） and finally lets the mouse go.
Some days later, the lion is caught by a hunter's net（网）. The lion is afraid, worried and angry. It shouts very loudly. The little mouse hears its voice. It runs quickly and finds the lion.
" Don't worry, Mr Lion. I'll help you." It runs at one of the ropes（绳子）and cuts it with its teeth. The lion is saved.
Christmas Day comes in winter. It is always on the same day each year. It's on December 25. We always get up early on Christmas Day. When we get up, we find presents at the end of our beds. We open our presents in the morning. We have a big lunch at home. In the afternoon, we play games and have a good time. In the evening, I'm usually very tired, so I go to bed at about 10 o'clock.
I'm Lisa. I am the group leader of our English Text Drama Club. So I ask everyone to practise after school. We will act a play out on Children's Day. I play a birthday girl. And others will play my friends. In the play, I will have a big birthday party with all my friends. We will sing the birthday song and eat the cake. So we have lots of things to prepare and we practise very hard. We all have a good time!
Monday, October 8th Cloudy Dear Diary, Today is my first day staying with my seven little friends. They are nice to me. They are very busy, so the house is not clean. I am going to clean the house every day. Then it will be a good place to live in. I am going to pick some flowers in the garden. I am going to put the flowers in the house. Then it will look beautiful. My little friends eat a lot of bad food. I am going to cook some fresh and healthy food every day. Then they will be strong and healthy. Oh, their clothes are very old too. I am going to make some new clothes for my little friends. They will look cool!
