In the face of a tourist boom(激增), New Zealand plans on a tourist tax(税收)for foreign visitors.
New Zealand is a country with 4.5 million people. But the 1 of foreign visitors has grown by nearly a third in the past three years, with 3.8 million visiting the country during the first quarter of 2018. "More and more money is spent on tourism.
