Some people are sending Christmas cards.
It is a day to help poor people too. Some people are giving their things to the poor people.
Many people are baking cookies(烤饼干) for Christmas.
People are singing Christmas carols(圣诞颂歌) in the street, in the hospital and in nursing homes.
On Christmas Eve, many people are going to church. Children are hanging up stockings. They hope that Santa Claus can fill the stockings with toys. Families and friends are having Christmas parties and dinners.
