        A study has found that the risk of developing Alzheimer's (阿尔茨海默氏病)or other forms of similar diseases can be cut when people choose a (health) lifestyle, even if they have genes (基因) that raise the risk for these mind-destroying diseases.

        People with high genetic risk and bad habits are about to develop Alzheimer  (easy). While no matter how much genetic risk someone has, a good die, enough exercise, limiting alcohol and no (smoke)make dementia (痴呆)less likely. No one can ensure you'll escape this awful disease but you can reduce the risk by making the right choice.

        One such study a few years ago found that good living could help overcome genetic risk for heart disease.         One limitation is that the research may not be useful for every one around the word, researchers only had information on Europeans and it hasn't been proved whether it is true for people in different colors and from different ethnic groups.
