We have to study and work every day,so if we don't have a strong body,we will do badly in them.As some people don't know how to keep healthy,
First, eat healthily. Don't eat too much or too little and eat different kinds of food, such as bread, meat, fish, eggs. milk, fruit and vegetables. Meat, fish, eggs and milk help our bodies grow.Fruit and vegetables give us vitamins(维生素),So don't just eat your favorite food.
