Hello! My name is Elizabeth. My familyand friends call me Beth. I am twelve years old and I live with my parents and mybrother in a big house. My father designed (设计) our house. It is in a town not far from London in a veryquiet street.
It is seven o'clock in the evening.I am in my room. I'm sharing(合用) this room with my brother, because my grandmother is stayingwith us for a month. My grandmother is reading a newspaper on the sofa. My fatheris cleaning the house. He is great and he often helps my mother with the housework.My mother and my brother are cooking in the kitchen.
My mother loves flowers, so we havea big garden (花园) behind our house. On Saturdays she spends a lot of time in the garden.My brother and I usually go swimming and my father just sits in front of the TVwatching his favorite shows.
On Sundays we usually go to the cinema or the park. We often play tennis inthe park. We are a happy family!
