Pan Jianwei, "Father of quantum (量子)", was born in Zhejiang in March 1970. Hethe University of Science and Technology of China from 1987 to 1995. Pan went to Vienna in 1996and stayed there until 2001. Then hethe Chinese university as a physics professor and began to build a quantum science research team at the university.
