F.But on a recent evening, he decided to give indoor skydiving a try.
When a medical condition put Jessika Kattab in a wheelchair, she knew she wouldn't be able to walk again.
.Kattah and other disabled people have found a home once a month at an indoor skydiving (跳伞) center in Davie, US. Every second Thursday of the month, it hosts a special event for physically disabled people during which they can experience what it's like to fly.. Kattah is happy to tell you that you're wrong.
"You will surely get that feeling of flying." said Kattah, who tried skydiving twice before she became disabled "'But the fact that I'm able to get out of my chair makes it so great. . It's so freeing and liberating (解脱的),and there's no chair attached (附加的) to you."
The experience is Safe and almost anyone of any age can do it. , and cheers from those who are watching never seem to stop.
Chuck Petscher, who is blind, had never been the type of person to try anything
risky. . "I"ll do this, but I'm not jumping out of an airplane," he joked.
After his flight, which he described as "awesome; a special rush," he added that the experience was "like swimming in the air".
