At school lots of students get injured when they are doing sports or playing with each other.
Here are the tips you can do at once after an injury.
① Don't move the injured part of your body. You'd better lie down and rest.
② Get a bag with an ice in it. Keep the ice bag on the injured part of your body for half an hour. Take away the bag for a quarter. Then put it back on for several minutes.
③ Get a piece of clean cloth around the body area. Tie the cloth hard enough to hold the ice. Don't press it too hard.
④ Put up your injured area which is higher than the level of your heart. If it's a serious injury, call 120 immediately.
