Now many students have a problem (问题). They are getting fat because they do little exercise (运动)。Some of them spend too much time watching TV or playing computer games. Some study for much time and they don't have time to exercise (锻炼). A report says it takes (花……时间) many students about ten hours a day to sit. They also have too much sweet food or too many drinks, and it will make them fat.

When you go to school, you can just go there on foot every day. Help your parents do some housework on Saturday and Sunday.
