Laura had a happy and unusual day today. Last night, she read books andto bed very late. This morning she didn't hear the alarm (闹钟) at all. When she woke up, was already 8:30. She had to reach school by 8:50, so she wasa big hurry. She had a quick breakfast, got her schoolbag, andher bike to school. She even had no time to say hello to her friends on the way to school.
At lunchtime, she looked everywhere for her lunchbox, she didn't have any luck. A few minutes , she found her lunchbox was still sitting in the kitchen at home. She felt sad, tired andwithout lunch, and tears (眼泪) started coming down her face. Seeing Laura unhappy, all the other classmates came to her, askinghappened. When they found out she had no lunch, they shared their food with her. Soon there were different of fruits, drinks and foods on Laura's desk.
