Health is important to everyone. Some students tell us their ways to keep healthy.

I like playing sports and moving my body. I run, swim and ride my bike in my free time. But in most of my free time, I play soccer with my friends. Every day after dinner, I take a walk with my big brother, Bill, and our dog, Wilbur. It's relaxing. |

For breakfast, I have bread and milk at home. And I have lunch at school. After lunch, I drink milk on Monday and Wednesday and juice on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. After school, I go back home to have dinner. If you want to keep healthy, have meals regularly. |

I think having a good rest is important to one's health. I always go to bed at 9:50pm. and get up at 6:50 a.m. My parents say middle school students need to sleep more than 8 hours every day. What's more, they can learn well in class when they slept well the night before. |
