Phone interviews ( 面试 ) are typically meant as a way to take out applicants who are unfit for the position, and offer a chance to those with potential for an interview. It gives the employer a brief idea of your background, personality, and overall "fit" for the position. With that in mind, you can prepare for the most common questions.
Preparing for this question in advance allows you to think about your goals, your past work experiences, and even your hobbies going with the position. You don't want to sound too well-prepared but writing down a few notes on your background can make this question easier to reply.
Salary (薪水) requirement is another question you should be prepared to answer. Does the job list a salary? What is the average salary for this position? etc. In most cases, it's best to reply that you are open in terms of salary, especially if you don't want to lose the position.
A third question to be considered is "Why do you want this position?". Basically, they want to know why you're interested in this company. Doing your research and bringing up some of the company's core values or other details will only strengthen your interest.
Last but not least, you will be asked when you can start. This is up to your unique situation.
If you need more time, you should not only state that, but also explain why in order to show that you're still interested in the position, but have other reasons for additional time.
