When I am taking my fifteen-minute-walk break (休息) to kill the time at work today, an old man asks me for help. He wants to go to a doctor's, and then I show him the1.I think itis right but it seems he isn't sure,2I walk with him up the stairs(楼梯)and down the hall to make sure. He is right! We are not in the right place.
We go down to another hallway(走廊)but still can't3the right place. At last, we decide(决定) to call his wife and find out where he should go.
The old man looks so4and lost. But he still tries to keep easy and keeps5me. He is so confused (糊涂) that he can't even find his car right away at the same time.
When we finally find his car, I show him the way to find the doctor's. It is down the road. I hope that he can find it6next time. He continues (继续) to thank me but all I want to do is to thank him.
Before meeting him, I have a very7day. But after meeting the old man, I come to care for him. I always think about8he works to the society(社会) in his years here. And it is my pleasure(乐意) to help him in this very9way. I hope I can do more. I also10a shining light can guide him to his destination (目的地) and then back home.
