Today, I something important(重要的) to tell you. Do you eat healthy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Good eating are very important, so we must eat lots of healthy food. Oranges, bananas and apples are for you. You can eat every day. And pears and strawberries are healthy too. But you can't eat too much ice-cream. It's bad. I think a lot of potato chips and hamburgers are not healthy either.
