There are different of pressure. Some kinds of pressure are good andare bad. Good pressure might come to you when your teacher asks you to answer questions in class or when you try to get good grades at school. This kind of pressure can help you to do things better.
the other hand, bad pressure might come if something terrible happens. You may not feel well if your parents aren't getting on well with each other, if a family member is sick, oryou are having problems at school. That kind of pressure isn't going to help you. And it can really make you feel uncomfortable(难受的).
The best way to face the pressure is to make sure you keep SELF in mind: sleep, exercise, leisure and food. If you get sleep and exercise often, and if youleave time for fun and something healthy, you will probably have an easier life with less pressure.
