How to deal with your sad feelings? When you are sad, here are some suggestions that might help you: ▲Do things to show how you feel. Write, draw, cry, build and so on! ▲Spend time on your own. Spend some time on your own doing your favorite thing. ▲Be relaxed. Play outside, play a game, read a book, watch a movie, and be with your friends. It's OK to take time out to do something just for you and just because you like it! ▲Talk to someone if you have been feeling sad for a long time.
