Do you often help your parents in the kitchen? Many parents don't let their children
because they think children should spend more time on their studies. But
fact, children can learn a lot when they are in the kitchen.
Learning to cook is good for children's fine motor skills(精细动作技能). For example, children can knives to cut food such as hot dogs, butter, fruit and vegetables. Other examples of using fine motor skills could be pouring water or milk, vegetables and so on. Do you know that even mixing things together is helpful in improving children's fine motor skills?
