    Scientists have some great news for those who love coffee, tea and wine: Having any of these drinks is associated with a (healthy) and more diverse community of microbes (微生物) living in the gut (肠道).

    The opposite is true for consuming sugary drinks and whole milk, as well as for eating a lot of carbohydrates (碳水化合物) and (take) frequent snacks, researchers reported in the journal Science.
