Little Peter is a boy of nine. He began to go to school when he was six, and now he's in Grade Three. His home is not far from the school. It takes him ten minutes to walk to school. He likes watching TV in the evening and goes to bed late, so he can't get up on time in the morning.
Yesterday morning Peter got up late. When he hurried to school, it was eight fifteen. Mrs. Smith, his teacher, was very angry. "You're ten minutes late for school, Peter. Why are you often late for school?" "Every time I get to the street corner, I see a sign. It says: 'SCHOOL—GO SLOWLY!'"Peter said.
