Once upon a time, there was a snake. He was getting older and weaker. One day, he1a plan to catch frogs easily. He came to a lake，pretending (假装) to be very 2 . One of the frogs in the lake felt a bit strange and came to the snake3 , asking, "Are you OK?"
The snake replied，"I bit a saint (圣人),4he didn't die. He was so angry that he5me: saving, 'You will carry frogs on your back and you are not able to eat them. '"
On learning this, the frog went back to his friends and asked them6they would like to enjoy a ride on the snake's back All of the frogs were7to hear the story about the saint and the snake. So, they came to8in line to enjoy a ride on the snake's back. The snake took as many frogs as he could on his9back. Then, he moved away with them until they were out of sight (视野) of the other frogs. Happily, he ate all the frogs on his back. After a few days, he went back to take on more10, saying he had left the first group in a much bigger lake. Day by day, all the frogs lost their lives because of their wish to enjoy a ride on the snake's back.
