Should parents pay their children for doing housework? Some people talk about it on the Internet.

I often help my mother do housework but I never want her to pay me. Our parents work hard, and they feel tired when they get home. Sometimes they need our help.

I think it's fine for children to get paid for doing housework. It teaches children that they can't get money if they don't work. They can also learn that hard work can be good for them.

I don't think it's a good idea to give children money for doing housework. Parents should praise them with words but not with money. And l don't think students are old enough to keep lots of money.

Parents should let their children do housework. It is a good chance(机会)for children to learn to take care of themselves. When children do housework for the whole family. parents can give them some money in return. It helps children learn that good things only come from work.
