It looks like this man is wearing two fins （鳍） on his head. But they are not animal fins. They are made of silicon （硅）.

Manel de Aguas is an artist from Spain. He put a "weather fin" in each side of his head. The first weigh 500 grams. That's as heavy as 10 eggs. There is a microchip （微芯片） in each fin.
