Horns were louder, but what happened next 15everyone to silence. The truck driver16 his 18-wheeler into my lane and stopped his truck. He then stepped out onto the step on the side of his truck, turned, looked directly at me, took off his cowboy hat, 17 it tome and took a full bow. He then got back into his truck and drove on.
His 18 made me feel so good. I also feel certain that I am not the only person who witnessed that19 and I was affected deeply by his act of kindness and 20.
