A year ago, I came to the University of Birmingham to obtain a business qualification. Since then I've been living in university accommodation with other international students, it allows me to meet people from diverse cultural background.
The first few weeks there were absolute overwhelming because everything was so different comparing to things back home. I felt confused and lost. Therefore, I gradually adapted to my new life as a international student. I got familiar with the place. I made friends and became more confident in our studies day by day. I started to feel in home in this new environment. I became more motivated, and I was also a lot more ambitious now! I feel that come here was the best decision I have ever made.
