In most parts of Europe, people never know what the weather will be like in winter. Canadians know what winter means. When the last leaves fall off the trees in autumn, Canadians know that winter is coming, and that it will be cold or very cold! When the cold air blows south in the winter months, Canadians know that the temperature will fall below —20℃ or even lower.
