Once a man's ship broke into pieces on a small, lonely island. There was no one living on this island, so he hoped that someone could come to save him. Every day he watched the sea eagerly,1no ships ever appeared. The man became sad. He thought he should do something. He built a little wooden house to protect2from the bad weather, and to store the few things left in the ship.

Early the next day, a ship was coming near to the island. The sound of 6ship woke him up. It came to save him.
"How did you know I was here?" asked the man.
