Tony is a middle school student. He looks very strong. He eats a lot and he really likes candy. So Tony soon becomes fat. He to be thin. So he tries not to eat much and he eats very little sweet food it will easily make him. He does, too. Now he swims three times a week, and about three kilometers a day. Now he is thinner before.
Tony has a sister. Her name is Betty. Betty is also a middle school student. She is healthy than Tony, she looks younger and more active than he is. She also often exercises. She plays badminton and swims a lot. And she doesn't much meat. But she eats a lot of fruit and vegetables because she thinks they are better for her. And Betty doesn't eat anything after 9 o'clock at night because eating late makes people unhealthy.
