Nowadays, a new lifestyle called low-carbon life is spreading to every comer of our country. The concept of“low carbon”means low energy and no waste. It is such an important and meaningful project that I can't wait to present my ideas on how to put it into practices.

In the first place, a no-car day should be set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On a no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Just walk, cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

In the second place, we had better not use plastic bags anymore. No on can stand (忍受) the “white pollution”. So, it is wise to use bags which can be reused for many times.

Finally, one thing that we should keep in mind — every big thing comes from the small thing. Therefore, as students, we ought to turn off the lights when we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbooks and so on.

All in all, it is necessary for all of us to put the low-carbon lifestyle in our daily life. Just remember there: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let's do it now.
