(Carl and Peter are talking on their way to school. Carl=C; Peter=P)
C: Peter. What's the matter?
P: I stayed up late last night.
C: Oh, dear!
P: Yes, I did. I didn't go to bed until 1 a. m.
C: No wonder you look tired. Less sleep is bad for your health. But most people think eight hours' sleep is the best.
P: I know. But I have too much homework.
C: I advise you to make a plan for your homework.
P: Thank you. I will spend some time doing sports to stay healthy.
C: Great.
P: Sounds a good idea.

F. I think we should get at least seven hours' sleep.
G. More importantly, doing more sports is good for you.
