Last summer, I took my son to visit Beijing. It was 1 first time to go out by train. So 2 was exciting to him.
On August 11, we 3 Beijing. We stayed in a small and clean hotel near a subway station. That day, we 4 the subway to Tian'anmen Square. It's a famous square in the world. We also visited some great 5 such as the Great Hall of the People and the Palace Museum. We felt 6 when we stood on the gate tower (城楼) of Tian'anmen.
On August 12, we went to the Great Wall by bus. There were many 7. Many of them were from other countries. On the wall, we walked, talked and took lots of 8.
We had a lot of fun there. The next three 9, we went to the Bird's Nest, the Summer Palace and some other places. All of them were great. We felt very excited when we got home. We really enjoyed our 10 trip in Beijing.
