What do you like to do on Saturdays and Sundays? Alan loves to read（读）books. Reading books is fun for him.
He reads his first book in Grade 3. It is a book about science. Alan gets it on his 9th birthday. Alan reads all kinds of（各种各样的）books. He likes books about science, history, art and geography. His favorite books are about art. Sometimes Alan takes his books to school and reads them with his classmates. They all like his books.
Alan has two big bookcases in his room. About 200 books are in the bookcases. Alan buys a book every week. He wants to read every book in the world（世界）.
