When Linda was five, her older sister, Jenny was ill and had to stay in hospital for a month. Linda and her parents often stayed close by, and small restaurant near the hospital served them meals. This restaurant also (provide) a homelike place to stay in, people could have a warm time there. Linda remembered eating meals prepared there by kind and friendly volunteers.
Her family felt thankful for the (kind) they got. After Jenny got better, they worked as volunteers there and hoped to make a (different) to those in need. They helped out there by preparing meals every Sunday for 50 to 70 guests. They made lots of friends. Most of these friends also came to help others like her family.
