In the USA, the children live in dormitories(宿舍) and eat in dining halls in boarding schools(寄宿学校). Most boarding schools have three to six dining halls. In most boarding schools there are on six to twelve students in a class.
Boarding school students are also busy every day.
Susan is a boarding school student. She lives in school from Monday to Friday. At 7:00 a. m, she gets up and① her teeth. At 7:20 am, she has breakfast. She begins her first class at 8:00. On Mondays, Susan has English, math, science and chemistry in the morning. At noon, she has lunch. Then it's time to do the cleaning. In the afternoon, she has P. E. and music. After school, she joins the music club. In the evening, she does her homework in the classroom ② her classmates. She often goes to bed until 21:30.
Susan stays at home only on Saturdays and Sundays. But on Sunday afternoon, she has to go back to school in her father's car.
